Basseterre cruise port in St. Kitts uses the Port Zante terminal, a purpose-built cruise facility in the heart of Basseterre, the capital of St. Kitts and Nevis. San Juan cruise port is one of the busiest in the Caribbean and one of the few that doubles as both a major embarkation point and a popular port of call. The port sits in Old San Juan, the historic colonial core of Puerto Rico's capital, founded by Spanish colonists in 1521.

Puerto Plata cruise port is on the north coast of the Dominican Republic and operates through two distinct facilities. Amber Cove is a Carnival Corporation exclusive port covering 30 acres of waterfront, used by Carnival, Princess, Holland America, Cunard, P&O, Costa, and AIDA ships.

Celebration Key is Carnival Cruise Line's private destination on the southern coast of Grand Bahama Island, about 100 miles east of Fort Lauderdale. It opened in July 2025 and represents Carnival's first fully owned private port.
