By accessing or using CruiseLookup.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
CruiseLookup is a cruise search and comparison tool that aggregates publicly available pricing and itinerary data from multiple cruise lines. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking platform. We do not sell cruises, process bookings, or handle travel arrangements. Our service helps you discover and compare cruise options, then links you to third-party sites where you can complete your booking.
3. Affiliate Disclosure
When you click a booking link on CruiseLookup, you are redirected to a third-party booking website. CruiseLookup participates in affiliate programs, including ShareASale and CruiseBound, and may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through these links. This does not affect the price you pay for your cruise.
4. Pricing Accuracy
Prices displayed on CruiseLookup are sourced from third-party data feeds and are updated regularly but may not reflect real-time availability or current pricing. Prices shown are typically per person and may vary based on cabin type, occupancy, and promotions. We make no guarantees regarding pricing accuracy, availability, or completeness. Always verify the final price, taxes, and fees on the booking site before making a purchase.
5. User Accounts
You may create a free account to save cruises, save searches, and set price alerts, subject to usage limits. CruiseLookup Pro is a paid subscription that removes these limits. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
6. Billing & Subscriptions
CruiseLookup Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a monthly ($1.99/month) or annual ($14.99/year) basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing page. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
7. Intellectual Property
The CruiseLookup name, logo, website design, and original content are the property of CruiseLookup. Cruise itinerary and pricing data is sourced from third-party providers and remains the property of the respective cruise lines and data providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
CruiseLookup is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: booking errors on third-party sites, pricing discrepancies between our displayed prices and actual booking prices, itinerary changes made by cruise lines, or any issues with third-party websites linked from our Service. Your use of any third-party booking site is governed by that site's own terms and conditions.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
